Everything you need to know to get started with HTML5

In order to create both simple and advanced JavaScript apps, hybird mobile apps, web apps or anything else that uses some kind of browser to render HTML to show a useful output to the user, you need to know HTML.

HTML is not programming it is just a very simple mark up language, and if your familiar with XML then getting to grips with HTML will be a very quick process.

These resources will presume you currently know nothing about HTML, XML or anyother web technologies, so you might want to skip the first few sections if you already know a bit.

Everything in these tutorials relates to HTML5, which is the latest version, and will continue to be for the next few years.
